EXECUTIVE COACHING
The task of leadership is becoming more complex. Executives need to adapt as their roles change frequently. They must achieve results through others, managing multiple and continuous change initiatives. Executive coaching can help leaders to deal effectively with their demanding environment. An executive coach is a qualified professional that works with high potential executives to help them gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their development objectives, and unlock their potential. Essentially an executive coach holds up a mirror and builds capability at the deeper cognitive level.
Coaching can help high-performing executives reach greater heights and succeed in environments that are ever more demanding.
The job of an executive coach is not to ‘give answers or solutions’ to business problems. Strictly speaking, he/she is not a business consultant. Instead, an executive coach provides a confidential and supportive sounding board to their clients. They ask questions, challenge assumptions, help provide clarity, provide resources, help interpret behaviors through psychometric assessment tools, and help a client establish SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and timely), personal and professional goals.
Through our executive coaching services, we provide a confidential support system and an environment of trust to the executives. The idea is to guide our clients to tap into their hidden potential and produce optimal results by addressing leadership and management challenges. We use psychometric assessment tools and 360-degree feedback to maximize learning through coaching.
NOTE: Executive coaching is not a one-time intervention. It is a continuous process of face-to-face interaction between the coach and the executive over 10 meetings.
It is crucial to understand that ‘change’ doesn’t happen in isolation.
It impacts everything and everyone around it. The impact could range anywhere from very negative to very positive and the impact could change over time. Hence it is very important to ‘manage’ change. Managing change has become the “holy grail” in seeking the final component of successfully managing strategy, process, people and culture in most modern organizations. Managing change well is a continuous and ongoing process.
In this program the learners will understand how to communicate the reason for change; creating a buy-in from the stakeholders impacted; identifying and empowering ‘change champions’; and use ‘the change curve’ model to accentuate change management.
1. The ability to be flexible and adapt to changing circumstance.
2.The ability to self-reflect, i.e look inwards and understand one’s self by cutting out self deception.
Organisations that take leadership development seriously outperform those that don’t.
Our high-end leadership programs revolve around self-reflection, leadership strategy, organization and team vision and other elements that are needed for senior leadership teams to drive results and ensure that the core values trickle down to all levels.
